About

This is a blog about the exciting sport of geocaching. Think high tech treasure-hunting. You may not know it, but there are millions of treasures around us, hidden in places that we walk or drive by everyday. It’s possible to run into one by accident if it wasn’t hidden well. But geocachers know where to look. With a GPS receiver in hand, we track them down and exchange trinkets out of the hidden collections. Don’t forget to sign that log book!

Coordinates to hidden geocaches are posted on the Geocaching.com website.

Of course, if you’re not sure whether you want to try it out yourself, there’s always this blog. As of right now, it’s just me. If I ever gain the ability to invite other authors, I will find some geocaching veterans to contribute.
